Welcome to the website of Ki Joko Susilo, an eighth-generation dhalang (shadow puppet master) from Central Java who performs in English as well as traditional languages. Dr. Susilo, who has a degree in ethnomusicology from the University of Otago, is available for performances, teaching, consulting, and artistic collaborations of all kinds.
